Simon Glover

He subsequently founded The ITI Group in the UK – with a mission to transform the provision of financial services and provide a better outcome for retail investors.

He is currently working on a project to better coordinate academic research into the sources and sustainability of Alpha (skill) based returns.

Andrew Keegan

Andrew is a portfolio strategist within BlackRock’s Multi-Asset Strategies group, which is responsible for developing and managing investment solutions involving multiple strategies and asset classes. Prior to moving to BlackRock, Andrew was a research analyst with Merrill Lynch’s Global Chief Investment Office where his focus was on multi-asset portfolio construction and risk management for discretionary and advisory wealth clients. Andrew graduated from the Smurfit Business School, University College Dublin, where his postgraduate thesis was on the topic of active versus passive investing.

Joe Parkin

Joe Parkin is Head of the UK Wealth Sales team within iShares where he is responsible for relationships with Global Private Banks, Wealth Managers & Private Investment Offices. This includes the distribution of iShares ETFs and BlackRock Index Funds.  

Mr Parkin's previous roles at BlackRock included acting as Chief of Staff for the iShares business in EMEA, and overseeing and coordinating iShares' relationships with key financial institutional clients across EMEA, including bank and insurance groups.

Prior to joining BlackRock in April 2012, Mr Parkin worked at Goldman Sachs for 6 years. During that time he worked within Private Wealth Management (PWM), where he assisted in building out Goldman Sachs' footprint in the emerging markets, and Goldman Sachs Asset Management, where he was in UK Discretionary Sales.

Mr Parkin has a BA in Economics & Philosophy from Leeds University.

Cormac Leech

Cormac has been a banks analyst for over a decade at various institutions including JPMorgan and ABN Amro. Previously Cormac worked at McKinsey & structuring derivatives at Citigroup. 

Karl Harder
